Working out and eating healthy not only boosts your mood but it also boosts your confidence and people around you will pick up on that. And to be honest, when I finished I literally said out loud “Damn, I’m sexy.” you should be thinking an saying the same thing to yourself.
I made sure to notice my body, my form, the way I moved, the way I felt. I told myself I was going to love every moment of breathing hard and getting sweaty. I actually ENJOYED the workout today instead of grunting through it in agony. I know the routine and before I knew it, it was the last 30 seconds of the last circuit and I was ready to do it all over again ? I can’t see any visible differences yet but man do I feel on top of the world! Take a minute to think about how you FEEL! Where’s your mentality at? It’s an easy time to give up, you can’t actually see results yet, there’s an investment being put in without the results yet. I can feel the beads of it rolling down my back and I feel more hyped than ever! Woooooo! I’m siting on my living room floor dripping sweat right now. It was a blast and I’ll be going to it 3x/week now! If you don’t have access to a class, try the Turbo Jam DVDs! You can get them used for cheap on amazon and they WORK and are a complete blast! The first time I did them I lost 4-5 inches in the first 10 days. Doing 30DS in the mornings keeps me motivated to make healthy choices throughout the day.If it wasn’t socially awkward, I’d totally be asking you to feel my guns My arms feel like I’m flexing when I’m not.My nylons are also digging less into my tummy haha I’m able to suck my stomach in further.Pulling in your belly button throughout the day works those stomach muscles.When I went to sleep last night, the side of my stomach actually felt tight and toned, things are starting to happen.I’m so drenched after the workout and thirsty that I’ve been drinking an entire 24oz immediately after the workout which really helps me reach goals for drinking more water!.I feel more mentally alert at work and throughout the day.I actually get excited about going to bed on time because it means I’m that much closer to my workout.Working out in the morning is something I actually look forward to now! It’s crazy.Push-ups are getting waaay easier and I can actually finish them in the 1st circuit now (even though I’m still on my knees).
I promised you I wouldn’t quit and I’m feeling more motivated than ever! This morning marked Day 6 of the shred. This first woman lost 2.5 inches from her waist on the 30DS! Not only is there a lot more jumping, push ups, planks, and lunges but some of the moves feel like muscles I’ve never used before. The first level workout was getting comfortably easy and in my mind, if my body is going to drastically change, I need more of a challenge. This morning I got up and decided it was time for the next level. I then went to Turbo Kick and still did 30DS last night. However, I did not eat much of these bad things. But I also had a work event to attend, which involved me eating bad things at happy hour. My alarm didn’t go off at 5am which meant I would need to do 30DS after work.
